The Best At-Home Workout Videos

One thing I really miss during these lockdowns is being able to go to my gym.  If you are like me, and your gym is currently closed, check out these at-home workout videos that I’ve been using to keep pushing myself while stuck at home.

HIIT Workout

The HIIT workouts are my all-time favorite.  I tend to get very bored when working out, but the HIIT workouts are usually very fast paced and keep me going through the entire workout.   Check out this 20 minute HIIT at-home workout video you can do at home.

Kick-Boxing Workout

Looking for something a little slower than HIIT but still packs a punch?  Check out kick-boxing workouts!  Kick-boxing workouts are great because they literally require no equipment and they are a great workout to get your heart pumping.  Check out this 30-minute kick-boxing video from PopSugar Fitness.

Yoga Workout

For those looking for a very low impact workout, yoga is perfect! Yoga is a great way to get a workout in without over exerting yourself as well as a great way for de-stressing.  My favorite yoga video is from Alo and it’s called “Let’s Start Yoga” for Beginners – check it out here!

Pilates Workout

Looking for more of a challenge?  Try out Pilates!  No equipment other than a yoga mat is needed.  Pilates is a great way to strengthen your core in a very low-impact way.  You will definitely feel the burn in your muscles and will likely be sore the next day as well, so this is more of a workout than the beginner yoga video.

Dance Workout

For those of you who absolutely hate the idea of “working out”, but still want to start working out, try out a dance workout!  They are a great way to get a workout in, while still having fun, and trust me….you will sweat!  Put on your favorite song and check out this dance workout for beginners from MadFit.
