It’s officially 2023! Of course, around this time of the year many people start trying to determine the goals they want to achieve this year. Whether it’s to start working out, quit smoking, or to budget your money better, here are the main goals we’ve seen across the internet and some tips to help you achieve them!

Drink more water!

There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this goal, as the best way to drink more water may vary depending on your individual circumstances. However, some of our top tips to drink more water include carrying a water bottle with you wherever you go, drinking water before and after meals, and adding fruit or herbs to your water to make it a little less bland.

Get Enough Sleep

I know…this is WAY easier said than done. But establishing a regular sleep schedule and sticking to it as much as possible is a good first step. Create a relaxing bedtime routine such as reading a book or listening to a podcast – this will help you wind down before sleeping.

Start (& Keep) an Exercise Routine

The best way to start an exercise routine is to find an activity that you really enjoy and gradually increase the frequency and intensity of your workouts. Try to find a workout buddy that will keep you motivated as well. It is also important to set realistic goals and to have a support system in place to help you stay motivated.

Don’t Diet, Eat a Balanced Diet

There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question, as the best way to start eating healthier depends on your current diet and lifestyle. However, some of our top tips include making small changes to your diet, such as adding one more fruit and veggie a day, and removing or cutting back on one unhealthy item you eat each day. The key is to balance it out. If you quit all sugary foods, you are setting yourself up for failure, so try to add more healthy items, and still eating the unhealthy items, but in a lower quantity.

Do Something For You Once a Week

Do you love reading? Painting? Or learning new things? Choose a hobby that you love and take some time each week to do that hobby. Hobbies are important because they are a great way to relieve stress, and they can also help you meet new people and learn new skills. All of these benefits help to boost endorphins!
